Are Alchemy Labs products for research use only?+
Yes. Products listed by Alchemy Labs are presented for laboratory research use only and are not represented as drugs, foods, cosmetics, or products for human or animal consumption.
Why do only some products appear in the shop?+
Only inventory released from the admin backend appears publicly. If an item is not listed, it has not been made available for storefront ordering.
What does stock mean?+
Stock reflects the number of individual units currently released for public ordering, not the internal wholesale pack quantity.
What does max per person mean?+
Max per person is the order quantity limit for a single checkout request. It helps keep limited inventory available while stock is being managed.
How do COAs work?+
The COA library is being prepared for Alchemy Labs batches. Only genuine Alchemy Labs batch documentation should be published there.
Do you collect payment online?+
Not yet. Checkout currently captures the order request and shipping information so the order can be reviewed and confirmed.
