These starter terms are written for the current order-request workflow and can be expanded before payments or broader fulfillment are added.
Research-use-only products
Products made available through Alchemy Labs are offered for laboratory research use only. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, or cure of any disease.
Customer responsibility
By submitting an order request, customers represent that they understand the research-only nature of the products and are responsible for complying with applicable laws, institutional policies, and handling requirements.
Order requests
Checkout currently creates an order request without collecting billing information. Alchemy Labs may review, confirm, modify, or decline any request before fulfillment.
Inventory and pricing
Public stock, retail pricing, and max order quantities may change at any time. Internal wholesale pricing is not part of the public storefront.
Shipping information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Delays, carrier issues, address errors, and temperature-sensitive handling limitations may affect delivery.
COA documentation
Certificate of Analysis documentation, when published, should be reviewed against the product, batch, and lot information associated with the order.

Alchemy Labs does not provide medical, veterinary, dosing, compounding, or treatment advice. Website content is informational and should not be interpreted as professional guidance.
Changes to these terms
Alchemy Labs may update these terms as the storefront, payment flow, inventory process, and fulfillment policies evolve.
